Spawn creator Todd McFarlane will lend his artistic talents and Ken Rolston, the lead designer for the last 2 Elder Scrolls, will be the captain of this fine crew and ship, 38 Studios. This team plan to create a giant open-world single player RPG experience to rival most likely.. umm... their own Dragon Age 2.
